Spirit Bear Creations, specializing in men's & women's
ceremonial Native American Regalia of the plains & plateau tribes.
My Books Are Closed.
I will not be booking any new orders.
Now that I have become my elderly father in law's care giver I no longer have time to make Native American Regalia. I will be finishing up my current orders. My books are forever closed & I will not be taking any new orders. To my current clients, thank you so much for your patience, I am working on your orders as quickly as I can but it will take some time. Thank you so much for your interest in my work over the years!
It has been an amazing 20 year run!
Welcome to Sprit Bear Creations & thank you for your interest in my work. I use only the finest materials when making my regalia from the leather to the size 16 glass micro beads. All beadwork is done by hand & is loom beaded. A lot of love & care goes into each piece. It takes about 200 hours to complete a costume & can take up to 3-5 months to make a costume. I make regalia for traditional, classic & pebbles/little bit size models. I do not make regalia for SM size models. My regalia are top live show quality & live show proven winning many championships, NAN top tens, NAN reserve championships, NAN championships & Breyerfest Live.
Note: I only make regalia of the plains & plateau tribes. I don't make regalia of any of the southwest (Navajo, Apache, etc.) tribes. The southwest tribes regalia is very differnt from that of the plains & plateau and I hand never made any of their regalia. The southwest tribe's regalia is mostly done in silver & not beadwork. Their outfits are differnt too.
Booking A Slot: When placing an order a $125.00 non-refundable deposit is required. The $125.00 deposit is deducted from the total price of your regalia. No time payments on the $125.00 deposit. Payments: I accept Paypal, credit cards through your Paypal account & USPS money orders from the US post office (no other types of money orders accepted) for payment. You can make payments during the time I'm making your regalia with an additional 3 months after your order is finished to complete payments. Your order will be shipped when paid in full.
Regalia Fitting: If I don't have the model you want your regalia made to fit you will need to send me your model so I can fit the regalia to it. Many people have done this over the years with no problem. I have a small collection & almost every costume I have made the customer has sent me their model with no problem.
If interested in placing a order please email me at [email protected] .
Information I need when ordering,
1. What type of regalia
2. Any extras you would like
3. What model you would like the regalia to fit
4. If you would like a doll
5. Any extras you would like for the doll if ordering one
With this information we can fine tune your order to the exact regalia you want & I can get you a finial price. The $125.00 deposit will be deducted from the finial price.
Shipping: $30.00 standard shipping fee for USPS priority mail, insurance & tracking is added to all orders shipping in the US. If shipping outside of the US I will get a price quote from the post office & that amount will be added to your order. If you sent me a model to fit the regalia to, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Note: I am not Native American, anything I make is not Native American made. I like to call my work regalia as I do not wish to disrespect Native Americans by calling their art costumes.
